Cherise and her team carried out the conveyancing work on my late mother's property. It was a probate sell, so this made the process a bit more challenging.

I very much appreciated the weekly update calls that I received from a member of the team. I wasn't having to chase; they called me with updates.

As we approached the exchange of contracts, Cherise always made herself available to speak to. One time I needed to speak her right at the start of the day, as I needed prompt answers. The evening before Cherise answered my email and we arranged to speak at 8:30am.

Emails were answered promptly. Many regular items were handled by a team member, as it wasn't necessary to contact Cherise directly for many day-to-day items.

We recently purchased a house in Dorset and were extremely impressed with the service we received from Mike Harvey and his team at Nantes Solicitors who are based in Bridport. The level of professionalism, the efficiency of the process and the accuracy of all communication with Nantes was quite exceptional. Most remarkable was the speed with which our transaction occurred. We viewed our new house on Wednesday morning and had our offer accepted and instructed Nantes that afternoon/evening. We completed the purchase by the close of play the following Tuesday. Yes, four working days from viewing to completion, which was one day before stamp duty holiday cut off, and all without any fuss or drama.
