Our team has decades of collective experience in delivering high quality work in all matters relating to conveyancing. We have six conveyancing solicitors who may work on your matter and their experience is detailed below. Our entire team attend legal updates frequently throughout their careers so that you can be confident that our advice is reliable and relevant. Regardless of who works on your matter, they will be supervised by Mike Harvey, Director and Head of Conveyancing.

Mike qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and has over 30 years’ experience in property work. Mike has dealt with a very wide range of complex issues making his experience invaluable. Mike works exclusively in residential and commercial conveyancing and has successfully completed thousands of conveyancing matters.
Sam Smith
Director – Solicitor
Sam qualified in 1982 and has over 30 years’ experience in property work. Sam divides his time between private client work and conveyancing. He has a wide range of experience including unusual estate and agricultural matters and has successfully completed thousands of conveyancing matters.
Carolyn Harmer
Director – Solicitor
Carolyn qualified as a solicitor in 1999. Carolyn divides her time equally between family law and residential conveyancing. She has sound experience from dealing with hundreds of residential conveyancing matters each year and is able to deal with routine and complex issues.

Elizabeth White
Solicitor
Elizabeth qualified in 2005 and is an experienced solicitor who specialises in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing. Elizabeth has completed thousands of conveyancing transactions and works exclusively in this area of law.

Cherise Luke-Bennett

Cherise qualified in 2000 and is an experienced Solicitor who specialises in Family Law, Dispute Resolution and Residential Conveyancing.
