Kirsten is a dual-qualified solicitor, having practised as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa before cross-qualifying as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2023. Kirsten specialises in a wide variety of Civil Litigation disputes, which enables her to represent clients through all stages of the litigation process from pre-action to advocacy at Hearings and/or settlement negotiations. In addition to Litigation, Kirsten has been appointed as a Notary Public by the Court of Faculties of the Archbishop of Canterbury to prepare and authenticate documents for use internationally.
Kirsten loves the challenge of resolving a technical litigation dispute, whether it be achieving early settlement or running a case through to Trial. Kirsten believes that every litigation matter requires a fresh mindset to apply effective and commercially sensible strategies.
